Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for class. If you arrive at your scheduled class more than 5 minutes after the start time, we reserve the right to refuse entry as it is disruptive to other clients. You will not be charged a fee however, your class will not be credited back to your account.

New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to ensure you get your introduction on the Megaformer. If you arrive after the class starts we are unable to allow entry to that class. This is due to ensure your safety and that you understand the machine before the class is starting.

Membership Hold Policy

All memberships and class packages are allowed one 14-day freeze per calendar year at no charge. Any additional freezes will also be 14 days in length and $25 per suspension.

The front desk will need a 14-day notice to freeze an account. You can do so by emailing info@tonefitnessstudio.com

Waitlist

The waitlist does work! Please think of the waitlist as signing up for the class, as we assume you would like to attend and are available for every class you waitlist. The waitlist will add you up to 1 hour before the start of class. If you can no longer attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid cancelation fees.You are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the 12-hour late cancellation window if you can no longer attend. This will help you avoid any late cancellation or no-show charges in the event of getting added to the class, as our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of spaces available in each class, we require a 12-hour cancellation notice. You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:

Log into your account and click your schedule. From there, click “Cancel” next to the class that you wish to cancel. Any phone and email cancellations must also be received at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation fee.

Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours before the start of your scheduled class time. Your prepaid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

Late Cancel: Classes not canceled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15.

No Show: If you late cancel within 1 hour of class or do not show, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. Prepaid classes cannot be used towards cancellations. Your prepaid class will be added back to your account and can be rescheduled within 30 days.

Grip Socks

All clients are required to wear grip socks during Lagree Method classes. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Cell Phones

We kindly ask that you do not use your cellphone during class. Designated storage is provided for all personal items to be stored during class time.

no pets, no kids

As much as we love your children and animals, we ask that you do not bring them to the studio as it can be distracting for our instructors and fellow clients.
