Owner & Level 2 Certified Lagree Instructor

Taylor’s classes are equal parts passion, purpose, and sass. A true believer in the science of the Lagree Method, she’s all about slow, controlled movements and time under tension—the kind that leaves your muscles shaking (and stronger) for days. Tough on the mic but always motivating, Taylor pushes clients to rise to the challenge while cheering them on every step of the way. She’s not just your instructor—she’s your biggest advocate in the room and the heartbeat of the Tone community she’s built with love.

Level 2 Certified Lagree Instructor

Stormie brings the calm AND the storm during class! With her in-depth background in physiology and anatomy, she understands the importance of form and tempo to help you strengthen your body and mind. She can’t wait to fire up your core and make your legs shaky! #Shakeformebaby

Dawn discovered Lagree while looking for a workout that combined strength, endurance, and mindfulness—and from her very first class, she was hooked. As an instructor, she’s all about sharp form, slow and controlled movement, and that signature Lagree burn. Her classes are known for being tough but motivating—you’ll push past your limits, feel supported every step of the way, and leave stronger (and maybe a little obsessed).

Sophie
Level 2 Certified Lagree Instructor

Sophie’s classes embody the Lagree method by focusing on form, alignment, and a slow tempo that makes every move count. Prioritizing effective sequencing and smooth flow, she guides clients through the ultimate shake, sweat, and sore experience. As your personal cheerleader in the room, Sophie keeps motivation high and vibes even higher! You can expect to be encouraged to push just a little further each class, with a philosophy that progress is about being 1% better every day. Her goal is to help build strength that transforms you in the studio and empowers you in everyday life.

Talia
Level 2 Certified Lagree Instructor

In Talia’s class, you’ll get the perfect mix of encouragement, challenge, and that signature booty burn that she loves to deliver! She’s all about celebrating your milestones- from moving one second slower to finding the strength you didn’t know you had. Seeing you grow from that first shaky lunge to mastering moves you once thought were impossible is her “why”. Expect to leave class feeling proud (and a little sore)!

Chelsie brings the heat and good vibes to every Lagree class. With her upbeat playlists and clear alignment cues, she keeps clients shaking, sweating, and safely pushing past their limits. Her classes are a perfect mix of challenge and variety, always delivered with her kind, supportive energy.

Lagree has been one of the sweetest additions to Sydney’s life, keeping her consistent andstronger than ever—mentally and physically. She loves the Tone community and the way everyone cheers each other on. In her classes, you can count on a challenge (always with a juicy leg block!) and plenty of motivation to help you see just how strong you really are—while having fun along the way.

Kelsie brings equal parts energy, humor, and encouragement to every class. Her classes are intense yet accessible, with a focus on building confidence, resilience, and community. As a mom of two, she knows the importance of carving out time for yourself and aims to help every client leave feeling stronger, energized, and proud.

Becca is all about the hype—her classes are energized, motivating, and fueled by her Throwback Queen playlists packed with early 2000s hits, Reggaeton, and Hip-Hop. Expect to sweat, shake, and maybe even sing along. She’s passionate about meeting clients where they’re at and being their biggest advocate for growth. Becca will always remind you: you’re so much stronger than you think!

Certified Lagree Instructor

Cody began teaching Lagree in early 2025 after a year of taking classes at Tone with his wife. His classes focus on foundational Lagree moves, with plenty of modifications and variations to meet you where you are, plus personalized feedback to help you reach your goals. Along with a damn good workout, you can expect a new playlist every week, genuine encouragement, and a steady stream of jokes—some of which are even funny.

Music sets the tone for her workouts, with playlists full of 2000s R&B, hip hop, rap, and house that keep the energy high and the vibes fresh.
